About
Liquid Backlog is a small personal blog about site reliability engineering, planning and the parts of software delivery that rarely make it into conference talks.
I've spent most of my career somewhere between infrastructure and product teams: running Linux fleets, carrying a pager, and trying to convince people that the boring ticket at the bottom of the backlog is the one that will wake them up at 3 a.m.
